I’m Emilia , to many BoofE. As I create this container for healing , transmuting & facilitating my goal is to move in transparency & integrity. I’m 24, born n’ raised in New York. My upbringing has prepared me for the good , the bad and the ugly. I’m now living sunny side and servicing the Central Florida area of Orlando. My wife and I left the big city to build an empire grounded in slowing down. Pouring into ourselves to be able to do the work our souls called for.
My photography:
I received my first camera at the ripe age of 13 that has allowed me to develop a third eye and a view beyond the veil. Photography is a language, a quiet one yet invokes powerful words and can move you through places you’ve never been. Normally my gigs consist of street photography, art markets and brand editorials. Capturing families and their births is fairly new to me. It’s an honor I don’t take lightly.
Why birthwork ?
I have a year of experience with working with families. Though I have no children of my own, motherhood has always been in my picture, a truth I’ve carried long before I could name it. Raised by a single mother of two, I’ve known the strength it takes to rise, to stretch, to give when there’s nothing left. I’ve seen firsthand the resilience that’s woven into a mother’s being from the moment we’re brought earthside.
As an empath from The Bronx, I’ve watched mothers navigate it all; lifting strollers up city steps, chestfeeding while standing on crowded trains, pushing forward with strength and grace. My mission, now and always, is to remind you: you don’t have to do this alone. It truly takes a village, and I hope my presence offers a steady piece of that. Birth work is sacred. As a woman of the Latin diaspora, I hold close the truth that Black and Brown bodies deserve to be seen, heard, and fiercely protected. My devotion is to advocate, uplift, and carry this work forward for generations to come.
